Beneath the Canyon Falls

The pulsating sounds of water drum cradle songs of encouragement, healing and beauty from the traditions of the Native American Church. With many songs sung in the Diné (Navajo) language, Alton Tsosie sings with quiet strength and passion. The album includes two a cappella songs featuring ethereal, solo vocals. The Native American Church is a pan-tribal spiritual tradition and the songs from this tradition are listened to by thousands of practitioners across the US and Canada.
