Everyone daydreams about having the great adventure of a lifetime, one chance to have the time, the freedom and the means to pursue the dream. This is one man's personal story of traveling alone across the United States on his temperamental motorcycle, reaching the Pacific Ocean, and making the return trip home through Canada. He took with him his guitar, a few items of clothing, a sleeping bag and tarp for shelter, and very little money. He'll tell you about the cast of characters he meets, his experiences battling violent storms and the extremes of heat and cold, the thrilling sights he sees, and the beauty that is America. He'll even invite you to accompany him to Woodstock in August 1969, prior to the motorcycle trip in the summer of '70. These adventures were the motivation to change his life and go in a new and purposeful direction.
