Since 1989 Mr. Lynn Johnson has mentored, coached and counseled boys and young men from many different backgrounds and circumstances, most from single parent and female led households. Like many boys and young men today, Mr. Lynn was a child of a single parent, female led household. Although his mother did an outstanding job caring and providing, the absence and influence of men who lead their families left him unsure about what it meant to be a man. Mr. Lynn recognizes that this same uncertainty has become more prevalent in the lives of boys and young men today. With a long list of problems confronting boys and young men today, Mr. Lynn's mission is to help them reach their greatest potential both personally and professionally. He strives to create tools and opportunities that will motivate and guide boys and young men into becoming good men and to be what he calls "The Ultimate Gentleman."
