The Shasta Keys: A Personal Guide to Self-Awareness - Paperback

Not everyone has a guru or even wants one. However, we all need guidance. Each of us is unique, and we are all on the journey of discovering and becoming aware of our true Self. The more conscious we become, we gain wisdom, clarity, happiness, peace, freedom, and the ability to manifest our heart's desires. We decrease our suffering and the suffering of others. We become an embodiment of Truth, Beauty, and Goodness.

In a sense, this book is a game of guidance, similar to the tarot. Having faith in synchronicity, you roll one die (or use six cards) three times to find your Key. There are 108 Keys in three sections of 36 each: Thinking, Feeling, and Willing. Each Key has an affirmation and commentary. Some Keys may include additional supplements such as meditation, exercise, journaling, movement, or an art activity.

The Keys are a synthesis of Eastern and Western teachings designed to bring more self-awareness of one's individual self and, most importantly, to the Awareness that is the Infinite Self. Major influences are the tarot, Rudolf Steiner, A Course in Miracles, Ramana Maharshi, Vedanta, Buddhism, and more.
