King Jasper has recovered from the dark one's poison and wants to speak to the public about all that has occurred since. However, many in Castletown are not happy with the way he has been running his kingdom of late. Speak No Evil intends to use these disgruntled masses to take the castle and free her comrades, and the king's speech is her opportune time to manipulate them into achieving this.

The king orders Otto, the leader of the Paladins, and Commander Schnyzel, the leader of the Crown Guard, to scour the city for anything nefarious that might interfere with his speech. Commander Schnyzel will protect the king, and Otto will detect any dark magic that might threaten him. However, they are both unaware of how deeply Speak No Evil's claws have sunk into their realm.

Under her control is Mia, a Sister of Light whose parents have been kidnapped by Speak and is now divulging everything the Paladins and Crown Guard are doing to stop her plans. However, Speak is merely paving the way for a grander evil, her master, who is approaching the city. Can Otto and his Paladins stop Speak No Evil's plans before they arrive, or will she succeed in rolling out the red carpet for her master?
