The author also analyses the rise of ISIS and the alliance of anti-Semites, anti-Jewish churches and radical leftists, Radical Green and Muslims worldwide leading BDS actions against Israel. Why are these actions financed primarily by the European Union and its member states, through European, Palestinian and Christian and Muslim NGOs? Is there a joint European/Palestinian/Arab/ Muslim strategy? The author analyses the legal propaganda war against Israel covering many fields and how to answer. Are the territories of Judea Samaria (West Bank) occupied, disputed or liberated? To whom do they legally belong? The author brings us a wider perspective of the Middle East conflict. The World is facing terror attacks that Israel endured since Oslo in 1993 (suicide bombing attacks, shootings, stabbings, car ramming) under the same cry battle of "Allahu Akbar" (G.d is Great). In reality, the conflict is not a territorial conflict. It is a theological/metaphysical conflict of Muslims against the Jews and the non-Muslim world, with no solution in view. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Dr Michael (Michel) A. CALVO is born in Tunis. He was a member of the Paris Bar (1972-2000) and is a member of the Israeli Bar since 1992. He studied law at the Pantheon-Sorbonne (1972) and at New York University (MCJ' 74). He obtained a Doctorate of Law of International Organizations and International Economic Relations from the Sorbonne (1985). He is co-author with Dr Karin Calvo-Goller of "The SALT Agreements - Content - Application - Verification" (1986) (ed. Martinus Nijhoff), "Les Accords SALT - Contenu - Application - Contr?le" (1986) (ed. Bruylant) and "Le Dossier Arafat" (The Arafat's File), (2004) (ed. Albin Michel). Dr Michael A. Calvo is also one of the co-authors of the criminal claim filed in Belgium and in France against Yasser Arafat and others. From 1981 to 1987 he worked in the legal field for the defence of Human Rights in the former Soviet Union.
