Goldberg, Edie: - Edie Goldberg, PhD, is the Founder & President of E.L. Goldberg & Associates in Menlo Park, California. She is a nationally recognized expert in talent management and the future of work. Her practice focuses on designing human resources strategies and processes to attract, engage, develop, and retain employees. Dr. Goldberg has published and presented at numerous conferences on the future of work, performance management, building management capability, career management and succession planning. She has a Ph.D.in Industrial/Organizational psychology from the University of Albany, SUNY. She is the Chairperson of the SHRM Foundation Board of Directors, and past chair of HR People + Strategy (HRPS). She serves on the Advisory Board for several HR technology companies. She is the recipient of the HRPS Lifetime Achievement award to honor the impact she has made to her profession.Steven-Waiss, Kelley: - Kelley Steven-Waiss is the Chief Transformation Officer at ServiceNow. Prior, she was the founder and CEO of Hitch Works, Inc. (acquired by ServiceNow in June 2022), a cloud-based skills mapping and internal talent mobility platform that uses artificial intelligence and machine learning to map project-based opportunities to internal employee skill profiles. Before becoming an entrepreneur, she spent over twenty-five years in executive management and consulting, including over thirteen years as a CHRO. Kelley is a sought-after speaker on the future of work, a board director of FormFactor, Inc., and is passionate about promoting and mentoring future female founders. She is also the author of "Valley Girls: Lessons from Female Founders in the Silicon Valley and Beyond." Currently based in Los Gatos, CA, she is married and the mother of four.
