Without fear there would be no courage. Kathryn believes we are all born into this world fearless and our unhealthy fears are created through our personal life experiences. In many cases, this type of fear has the ability to paralyze us to the point that we simply "exist" in life. Kathryn's dream is to help people of all ages rise above and beyond their challenges so they may find themselves living life to their highest potential.
