Musically, From Miracles to Ruined brings a mixture of many of Spasm's influences from groove rock and funk to progressive metal and even something heavier. Lyrically, From Miracles to Ruined is a cynical and sometimes tongue-in-cheek commentary on different facets of society. This album was written, performed, produced, engineered, mixed, and mastered by the band in an effort to create a sound that is completely their own.
