Sketching in an Urban Forest - Paperback

Sketching has become more popular amongst all age groups and communities such as Urban Sketchers now have a wide following globally. Sketching does not require many tools or time, nor does it require you to sacrifice anything for it. It gives instant gratification of seeing your sketches and sometimes of them being appreciated by those around you. For many it is like meditation. It is also a great way to keep a visual journal.
Sketching in an Urban Forest is a book of sketches, pictures and stories of an urban forest and the animals and people that roam there. These sketches were made where I often go for my morning walks. We enjoy Shinrin-yoko, the Japanese concept of 'forest-bathing'. This book shows how easily everyday experiences can be captured in sketches and how much joy they provide to all.
