When I was diagnosed as having SIBO, I quickly learned there are numerous contradictions and unknowns. The opinion and methods of Doctors vary considerably. At this stage I decided to hop down the rabbit hole and began honing my knowledge. Interviewing innumerable, qualified and quack persons. Reading scholarly articles and literature available in my nearby library. Tried Allopathy, Homeopathy and Naturopathy. As a result I learned some best practices that helped me inevitably kick this complex condition.Now that I'm SIBO-free, I want to share whatever knowledge I gained during my two and half year long journey to free from SIBO. I will also share some of the tips I've learned which I hope will make SIBO sufferer's life easy. What I have included in this short book is the things I wish I'd known when I was first diagnosed and also advice that you should keep in mind when designing a SIBO diet adventure of your own.There are 1-2 chapters that are highly technical but help in understanding the scientific development regarding the SIBO.
