Happy but melancholic simultaneously. / There's always something about Sadness that feels cathartically relevant. Each song has a beautiful melody that struggles to escape the morass of distortion and noise, and if that isn't an apt metaphor for trying to make art in the sh*ty world we live in, I don't know what is.
