Details: Legendary folk singer Richie Havens has issued numerous albums over the past 35 years. Best know for his appearance at Woodstock, very few of his albums are available on CD. Wounded Bird Records helps rectify that with the worldwide CD debut of his 1981 Elektra album Connections. It features guest musicians Rick Derringer, Jeff 'Skunk' Baxter, Elliott Randall and Richard Tee. He does his unique interpretations of Stevie Nicks 'Dreams', Paul McCartney's 'Every Night' and the Sam Cooke classic 'You Send Me'. 2002.
