She has authored numerous articles that have appeared in prestigious scholarly journals, and her research has significantly impacted the global accounting and business communities. Professor Bol has presented her research at more than 50 national and international academic institutions and conferences, serving both as keynote speaker and panelist. She has received many awards for her research, including the Notable Contribution to Management Accounting Literature Award and Best Early-Career Researcher in Management Accounting from the American Accounting Association.
