Schwartzman, Robert J.: - Dr. Schwartzman has gained national recognition in his decades of medical practice, research and teaching while serving as the neurology residency training director for programs at three universities and the chairman of neurology at three institutions. He received his undergraduate education at Harvard and graduated from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. His medical training was at Duke University under the tutelage of Dr. Eugene A. Stead. He completed his neurology training at the University of Pennsylvania and his fellowship training at the National Institutes of Health. He is board-certified in internal medicine and neurology.
