Neuroaffective Somatics is a living framework designed to support nervous system health, emotional resilience, and embodied transformation. It grew out of 45 years of direct contemplation and practice - and took three focused years of structural design to fully map.

It is rooted in Neidan (Taoist Internal Alchemy), Traditional Chinese Medicine, somatic intelligence, and Nonlinear Physics. This is not a conceptual overlay. It's an embodied system. It does not require belief - it invites perception.

What It Works With

Neuroaffective Somatics was developed inside systems where clarity is essential:

  • Memory loss
  • Trauma and PTSD
  • Psychiatric recovery
  • Post-accident rehabilitation
  • End-of-life care
  • Cultural repair
  • The quiet, invisible rituals of daily embodiment

It does not impose a fixed outcome. It tracks the body's real-time intelligence - through structure, through sensation, through change.

Core Principles
Resonance Over Regulation

Rather than forcing the nervous system into predefined "states," this work follows the movement of Shen - the organizing intelligence that gives shape to experience. Healing is not about returning to a baseline. It's about increasing coherence across time, lineage, and space.

The Soma is the Portal

Change begins in the tissues. The Soma leads - not the mind, not the theory. This system works through breath, position, timing, fascia, orientation, and the deep geometries of movement. From the Soma → to the Self → to the Field.

Structure as Relationship

Drawing on biotensegrity, meridian logic, and gravitational forces, Neuroaffective Somatics sees the body as a living field of adaptive relationships. Everything is connected: fascia, force, form, and feeling.

Shen as Intelligence

The five Shen - and the eight Immortals - are mapped onto cranial nerves, fascial planes, and perceptual loops. These are not metaphors. They are mechanics. They organize how we orient, relate, and regulate.

The Body Bagua

The system includes the Body Bagua - a three-dimensional map that aligns the Eight Extraordinary Vessels with anatomical and cosmological logic. It offers a practical bridge between myth, motion, and meaning.

What This Work Is
  • A synthesis of Chinese medicine, trauma theory, and nonlinear systems

  • A direct response to the limitations of DSM-based psychiatric models and Western "regulation" frameworks

  • A cosmologically grounded somatic system, fully mapped to lived experience

  • A design built in pattern, tested in practice, and offered in service

What You'll Find in the Book
  • Detailed mappings of the Shen and their somatic functions

  • The Neijing Tu as a living nervous system map

  • Full-spectrum postural practices, flashcards, QR-linked media

  • Theoretical grounding in Taoism, neuroscience, tensegrity, and symbolic cognition

  • No paywalls. No compliance. Just access.

This is not an introduction. This is the work.
