Gary realized that with a proper approach he could gain greater control over his mind and emotions. With practice he developed the power and the freedom to choose the peace and happiness he was seeking. Educated and experienced as an engineer, Gary brings a common sense approach to changing beliefs, emotions, mindfulness, and living in greater happiness. Since 2001 Gary has been lecturing, leading retreats and coaching individual clients so they can live happier lives.
