It is self-evident that this work adds to his prolific contributions to the leadership literary space and a thought leadership in his own right.By his antecedent and treatment of leadership in this book, there is a subliminal message that tackles the age old question: are leaders made or born? Put it another way, are they natural born leaders or leadership can be acquired through learning and practice? I would rather leave this to the curious reader. However, knowing one's leadership DNA is a good place to start in cultivating and honing your key management success factors. Climbing the corporate ladder is not a chance event. It is knowledge based and driven by the dexterity of your management and leadership acumen.
