Making a Mom: Recipes and Questions for the New Parent - Hardcover

Being a mother is a whole lotta work! Work that often isn't recognized; it's a job from one extreme to the next that can be lonely and feel endless. But it doesn't have to be this way. In this pithy cook-book style book, I will share my experience of becoming a mother in a series of my own favourite recipes, each followed by a section of questions and lessons to consider. I hope to shine a light for new mothers as I share how being aware of my identity shift, right from the start as a hormone casserole, to actually accepting my new role as a mom has helped me to build awareness and strength as a new parent.
