Northern Stomp

NORTHERN STOMP is Lo Fidelity Allstars' brand new album. It begins with the title track, an acerbic anti-hymn to the south coast town they adopted as home, and ends, quite literally, with a firework display. In between the spirits of Al Green, Funkadelic, southern swampland blues, Brian Wilson, northern soul, DFA and even the late great Barry White are conjured up in a spell binding mixture that could only be the sound of the Lo Fi Allstars.
