Lily and the Whisper - Paperback

Layla Shaw is a passionate Christian writer with a heart for helping others develop an intimate relationship with Jesus, as she herself elevates her own personal relationship with Christ. Lily and the Whisper was born out of Layla's growing love for the Lord and her desire to help others discover their identity in Christ. Divine purpose and spiritual growth is normally birthed during the early years. While Layla went to a Christian school and loved the Lord as a child, she did not have an intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit. Without that, everyday challenges of school, family, and community left a lasting impression leading into Layla's adulthood. Now, with a healed heart and mended childhood wounds, Layla gives a glimpse of how powerfully impactful a personal relationship can be between young children and the Holy Spirit. She prays that the Lord will touch the hearts of children with this reflection of her own heart. Lily's character is the alternate version of Layla's young self, one that she wants to share and inspire today's youth.
