Danish Folk Songs

Accompanying himself on guitar, Haugaard presents Danish life through song. Haugaard was born in Denmark and though he grew up in America, returned to Denmark often and learned the songs of his motherland. He was a painter/sculptor by profession, but clearly had a gift for music which he shares with listeners to this album.
