At the age of 43, I was paralyzed with fear. I was in the midst of a divorce, I had low self-esteem, I lacked confidence, and I experienced self-doubt. I was the mother of two and I knew that I had to, somehow, dig my way out of my despair.

I began a journey of transformation. I started listening to my inner voice and I became open to change. I, also, started to pay attention to synchronistic events in my life, occurrences that I had dismissed before. I never would have imagined that learning new life skills would have such a dramatic effect on my life.

Now, my goal is to share with you the skills I learned and the changes I made in my life, to achieve a life full of purpose and fulfillment. Life is too short to settle for mediocrity!
