Mariachi Festival with Miguel Dias

Down the street they come, boisterous, singing and playing with a gay abandon that creates a carnival spirit wherever they go. These men are Mariachis and Miguel Dias is at the helm. In this collection, Miguel Dias recreates some of the classics of Mariachi music. Songs such as "Ay Jalisco No Te Rajas", "El Rancho Grande" the evergreen "Cielito Lindo" and others combine to give a picture of Mexico in a festival mood. Let US not forget the famous "Jarabe Tapatio" or the Mexican Hat Dance as it's more commonly known which is perhaps regarded as the most typical of all Mexican melodies.
