Dr. Shillingford worked as a professional school counselor for several years prior to completing her doctorate at the University of Central Florida.Gonzalez, Tiphanie: - Tiphanie Gonzalez, Ph.D. is an assistant professor of mental health counseling at the State University of New York at Oswego. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and a master's degree in counseling services from SUNY at Oswego, as well as a doctorate degree in counselor education from the University of Central Florida.
