Formed in the UK in the mid 70's by Ricky Balley, Len Coley and Roddy Harris, soul dance group Delegation had a relatively long career with a good deal of success in Europe - particularly in England where they became popular on the Northern Soul scene. Presented here is a special EP of their classic 1978 recordings, finally available in the digital domain and newly re-mastered.
