About the Author
Darwyn Cooke was a Canadian comics artist, writer, cartoonist, and animator who worked on the comic books Catwoman, DC: The New Frontier, The Spirit and Richard Stark's Parker: The Hunter. His work has been honoured with numerous Eisner, Harvey, and Joe Shuster Awards. Jeph Loeb is an American film and television writer, producer, and comic book writer. Loeb was a producer/writer on the TV series Smallville and Lost, writer for the films Commando and Teen Wolf, and a writer and co-executive producer on the NBC TV show Heroes. From 2010 to 2019, Loeb was the Head of and Executive Vice President of Marvel Television. A four-time Eisner Award winner and five-time Wizard Fan Awards winner, Loeb's comic book work, which has appeared on the New York Times Best Seller list, includes work on many major characters, including Spider-Man, Batman, Superman, Hulk, Captain America, Cable, Iron Man, Daredevil, Supergirl, the Avengers, and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, much of which he has produced in collaboration with artist Tim Sale. J. Bone is an Eisner Award nominated Canadian comic book artist and writer. His credits include DC Comics' Batman: The Brave and the Bold and Super Friends, Rocketeer: Hollywood Horror and Rocketeer at War for IDW, and THE SAVIORS for Image comics. He was the inker on the Eisner Award-winning one-shot Batman/The Spirit as well as the Spirit ongoing with artist Darwyn Cooke.
