The Montreal based dance collective known as the Crescent Street Hustlers are on a mission to revive and modernize the Canadian disco scene, celebrating the great dance music that thrived in that city primarily in the late 1970s, at the height of the global disco explosion. Signed to the recently revived Afro Wax Records imprint - the label that turned the world on to the sounds of speed garage and progressive house music, the Hustlers have been hard at work - making magic happen in the studio and continually perfecting their craft.
