Dr Danijela Serbic, Department of Psychology, Royal Holloway, University of London
Danijela is a Senior Lecturer (Education Focused) and the Director of Undergraduate Programmes in the Department of Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London. She coordinates the Final Year Research Project module in the department, and has developed the module to embed employability and open science practice throughout. Additionally, she is a Chartered Psychologist, a member of the British Psychological Society Undergraduate Education Committee, and a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her contributions to teaching have been recognised through several awards, including the prestigious Higher Education Psychology Teacher of the Year 2023 from the British Psychological Society.

Professor Victoria Bourne, Department of Psychology, Royal Holloway, University of London
Victoria is a Professor (Education Focussed) at Royal Holloway, University of London. She has taught research methodology and statistical analysis at all levels from first year undergraduate students through to advanced postdoctoral researchers. At Royal Holloway she is Deputy Head (Education) of the Department of Psychology, where she coordinates and teaches on the first and second year undergraduate research modules.
