Rockin' Bed / Make Someone Happy

New York native Valerie Carr began her singing career in the mid 1950’s and became known for a fine series of singles she released on the King and Roulette Records label in the late 1950’s and early 1960’s. Presented here is a rare 1965 single recorded for the small New York based Atlas Records label featuring the mid-tempo R&B number “Rockin’ Bed” paired with the Betty Comden / Jules Styne pop standard “Make Someone Happy.” Newly remastered.
