Christy Judah, M. Ed., SAR Tech I, is a Search and Rescue Technician I, Chief of her search team in North Carolina, and a search and rescue dog handler. She has written eleven other books, several about search and rescue, including Building a Basic Foundation for Search and Rescue Dog Training and Buzzards and Butterflies: Human Remains Detection Dogs. She recently retired from the NC School system after 30 years as a teacher and counselor and resides in southeastern North Carolina.
