Antibiotics can save your life. They can also change your life.

For many people, the story doesn't end when the prescription runs out. The aftermath can be the surprise: gut disruption, side effects, resistant infections, and a body that doesn't feel the same.

In Beyond the Cure, infectious diseases physician Henry Anyimadu shares powerful human stories that reveal the hidden costs of casual antibiotic use and the everyday pressures that drive it. With clarity and compassion, he shows you how to make safer choices, ask better questions, communicate confidently with clinicians, and protect what antibiotics were meant to preserve: your health and our ability to cure infections when it truly matters.
