Piano Works

The pianist Anthony Spiri is considered among today's most respected vocal accompanists, chamber musicians and soloists. Born in the USA, he received his training in Cleveland and Bostonbefore removing to Europe where he completed his studies at the Mozarteum in Salzburg. Mr. Spiri is a professor of piano chamber music at Cologne's Musikhochschule. Special attention in the pianist'sdiscography is given over to his modern piano recordings of Bach, father & sons, as is demonstrated here via this W.F. Bach release, his follow-up to his earlier OehmsClassics Faure release.
