Angels is a return to Len Gizinski's dystopian world of 2048 about a month after the events of The Metal Within, where the fall of entire governments has left international corporate conglomerates to make the rules; non-corporate city areas are left to fend for themselves, highways between cities have become war zones, and grain blights have left most people living off corporate-created algae food substitutes. CYBER offers hope, but will they be enough?
