Alcohol-Free Cocktails Book: Recipes Mocktails Smoothies and Milkshakes - Paperback

This manual was written with the intention of giving a complete overview of the vast world of non-alcoholic cocktails.

Alcohol-free drinks are often seen, especially in the menus of many clubs, as lower category drinks and not much space is dedicated to them; on the other hand, with the passing of the years, habits, lifestyles and even the laws change, are more and more requested and known.

The goal of this manual is therefore to help readers find and create, even using a pinch of their imagination, modern non-alcoholic cocktails with not only visual impact but also taste.

The book addresses three main topics:

- Mocktails. (Reinterpretations of classic cocktails or original mixes in both cases strictly alcohol-free).

- Smoothies. (Smooth means light, in fact these drinks are generally composed of ice and fresh fruit or with seasonal vegetables).

- Milkshake. (Also known as Frappé they are a sweet drink, prepared by blending a fruit ingredient (e.g. bananas or strawberries) or cocoa, coffee, liqueurs or syrups (e.g. mint and black cherry), with crushed ice and milk, adding sugar and / or whipped cream (the ice cream and milk smoothie) to taste, all served in tall glasses with straws.

For each of these categories of non-alcoholic cocktails their meaning and history are explained and various recipes with ingredients and production methods are displayed.
