He is also a graduate of California's Command College for police executives, and has over forty years' experience in law enforcement. The California Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training has designated Mr. D'Arcy a subject matter expert in the areas of use-of-force, ethics, tactics, officer-involved shootings, internal affairs investigations, and supervision of critical incidents.
